BridgeSupport is a new project from Apple that provides XML files that describe the API symbols of frameworks or libraries that cannot be introspected at runtime.

Historically BridgeSupport was part of RubyCocoa, but recently it was extracted into a new, separate project, so that other Objective-C bridges (such as PyObjC or CamelBones) can also use it.
